Samvel Hakobyan

Samvel Mikhailovich Hakobyan was born in 1982 in the city of Charentsavan (Armenia). The future artist showed a passion for drawing from an early age. “A kindergarten teacher drew my mother’s attention to this. Then a small confrontation arose at home. My mother insisted on my future in painting, and my father insisted that I continue his path in mathematics. In this family “battle”, my mother won,”

At the age of eight, Samvel Hakobyan entered the children’s art school in his native Charentsavan. “This was the beginning of my creative path. In the first grade, I was noticed by Sergey Markosyan, one of my drawing teachers, and soon I was transferred to the third grade,”
